'Options' won't open?

Hi there,

I am using AutoCAD 2022 for mac and when I type 'Options' into the command box, something called 'Application Preferences' opens instead, which has nothing that I'm looking for. I'm using a laptop and am not hooked up to another screen so I'm very confused as to why options won't open. Any ideas?

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi @victoriamcneil ,

In AutoCAD for Mac OPTIONS command opens AutoCAD "Application Preferences" window:

But what do you expect to see? What are you looking for?

MAC and Windows versions of AutoCAD have two separate UIs, palettes and more as you've already noticed: add this to the list.
So... what inside "options" are you seeking exactly? You started it to do something.
