AutoCAD LT 2019 is not supported on M1 series chip:

If you are on subscription you can download latest AutoCAD version from your Autodesk account page:
https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/allIf you have educational licence, you can download new AutoCD version from your student account.
