Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi @mhydeS8RZK ,

Your drawings should be where you saved them. Installing a new version of AutoCAD  does not affect their location in any way.

Take your computer to the Apple store for a tech to help you find your DWG files if you find this method of searching for files on your Macbook Pro confusing https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/if-you-cant-find-a-file-on-mac-mchlp2305/mac#:~:text=Use%20....

Gee, thank you! Kinda like duhhh. What I should have asked.....Is there a
location when a person downloads AutoCad for Mac for the first time, and
when that person does not signify where to save a .DWG, where does AC
place/stores/saves to- drawings? Is there a std factory setting location
when storing .DWG, i.e., a STANDARD location?

Hi,

The default location on first launch is Documents folder inside your Home folder on Mac.
