page setup

Hi guys and girl.

Mine problem ist "page setup window" when I want to print dwg to pdf. I am using autocad 2019, and whenever i want to print something and change the parameters of my print, this "preview window" stays always black and doesn't show if the changes are correct or no. For example, if it's better to use portait or landscape layout.

Can anyone help me, and tell me, how to acitvate this option ?Bildschirmfoto 2021-04-13 um 13.33.04.png

@pendean  - another reason why the AutoCAD for Mac forum should be under AutoCAD.

@werah - not knowing anything about the Mac version, but just some basic diagnostics - my translator says you are printing a "Window" selection, so is this window selection actually around the objects you want to print?

well, I was using CAD also before on Mac, and it wasn't a problem. I had to install it again, and with this "new version" came out this problem.

But to answer your question, when i mark de objekt, with the "window" option, the "preview window" also doesn't show anything

Hi @werah ,

Do you have this AutoCAD for Mac 2019.2 Update installed?

Do you have tis issue in all of your drawings? Even in newly created?

yes, its happens also in newly created.

I tried to install, this update, but it's impossible because, "Apple can not scan the content" :cara_asombrada:

When you see this alert - go to macOS System Preferences -> Security & Privacy pane -> General tab.
At the bottom of the tab you should see a button which will allow to launch the Update installer.
