AutoCAD for Mac has its own user interface and there is no "workspaces" in it as in AutoCAD for Windows, but everything for 3D is at hand.
You can use dropdown menus (mostly menu Draw and Modify), Tool Sets palette (Modelling tab), buttons on the Toolbar for drafting in 3D.
You can customise Tool sets palette with CUI command and add to it commands you need for 3D drafting.
In the end, you always have a command line at hand, in which you can type any commands, including those for 3D drafting.
