Autocad LT for Mac trouble rotating view

Looking for a quick way to rotate my plan view 90 degrees in LT. Since there is no "viewcube" how do I quickly rotate the "workspace" in Model?

Thanks for the response. I did see this but I am trying to do the rotation in "Model" not "Layout". Perhaps this is not possible or I am missing something here. Cheers John

Hi John,

The second part of the article, to which Dean refers, reads:

"You can also rotate an entire view within a layout viewport by changing the UCS and using the PLAN command.

With the UCS command, you can rotate the XY plane at any angle around the Z axis. When you enter the PLAN command, the view rotates to match the orientation of the XY plane."

This applies to Model layout too.

Here is an example of how it looks at the command prompt:

Command: UCS
Current ucs name: *WORLD*
Specify origin of UCS or [Face/NAmed/OBject/Previous/View/World/X/Y/Z/ZAxis] <World>: z
Specify rotation angle about Z axis <90>: 90
Command: PLAN
Enter an option [Current ucs/Ucs/World] <Current>: <---Hit Return here
Regenerating model.

Thanks so much it worked perfectly. I was having trouble with some of the semantics as well. Cheers John
