Multiline text not working Autocad 2021 Mac

I have an issue where the multi-line text doesn't work, and the text isn't restricted for the space I set it.
The qtext is set to off.

Hi Sebastian,

That is because text height is too small:

Text box is 170 units wide and current text height is only 0.2 units, so it appears too small inside text box.

Uo need to adjust text height on Text Editor Visor before you start to type:
