As many of you are doing now, I have been working remotely from home. In my office, we use Autocad on windows machines, however at home I use Autocad for Mac on a Macbook. When I work on Autocad drawings on the windows machine, I have a walls command available, the walls have grips and I can easily edit properties of the walls by stretching and pulling the grips. The problem I now have is the drawings I have imported from my office to my Macbook seems to lack any editable properties or grips! Why is there no wall command in Autocad for Mac and can't I edit walls?

Or does your office use MLINE objects for "walls"? No MLINES on the MAC either.
That's what you need to use at home, same exact software (not MAC based). You can run Windows on your MAC too to get the correct applications loaded, your IT should be able to set you up.

But, anyway, I think OP have AutoCAD Architecture at the office and this vertical product is not available on Mac.

In my office, we run Autocad for Architecture. I assumed the link I was given (by my IT department) at the time I downloaded Autocad for Mac 2020 was for the architecture package. I guess I assumed incorrectly, that would probaby also explain why none of the standard architectural components (ie; steel shapes, timber sizes, cabinetry, windows, doors, etc) are available as well. I'll have to explain to IT that I'm an Architect not an engineer, again!
Thanks, for the heads up.
