Paper Space

I have 2 paper space layouts going, 1 my dimesion size is correct, the 2nd, when I dimension it is larger than the paper space.  I have checked my units and they are correct.   Help...

Did you compare the viewport scales between the two?
Double-check your DIMSTYLE and text STYLE settings too?
