No but I did recently have a software fix done, not sure of the details, as my iMac stopped working. They originally thought it was a hard drive issue but it was just a software issue.

What macOS do you have on your Mac?
The last macOS on which AutoCAD 2013 for Mac is supported - Mac OS X v10.8.X
If you have newer macOS version, then 2013 version could work up to some point but it could stop working unexpectedly.

The problem you have is solved by reinstalling AutoCAD, but as I mentioned before, AutoCAD LT 2013 for Mac is not supported on Mojave, so you won't be able to reinstall it.
If you want to use AutoCAD you need to upgrade it to supported version.
