Converting DWG to older version with AutoCAD mobile

I'm trying to convert a DWG to an older version so that I can access it with AutoCAD for Mac (2017) and of course it's very complicated because TrueView (inexplicably) isn't available for OSX. The common solution found online is to use AutoCAD mobile to upload the dwg and then download it and select a previous version. However, when I use AutoCAD mobile on Chrome there is no option to select other versions on the download screen (see picture). Is there yet another way to accomplish this conversion that doesn't require me to ask a Windows user to convert it or install Bootcamp on my Mac machine?

I have AutoCad for Mac (2017). I cannot open DWG files made on more recent
versions. I have tried the most frequently cited solution and found that
it's not behaving as reported. I will repost on the AutoCad mobile forum
but am also interested in other solutions from AutoCAD community.

That very old mobile-app ability died a long time ago.
You will need to upgrade to a newer AutoCAD for MAC version or find a third party non-Autodesk solution.

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi John,

Current AutoCAD WEB (not mobile) version you referred in your post cannot convert drawings to earlier DWG versions.

You can, for example, download and install AutoCAD 2020 for Mac trial version, so you will have 30 days to convert 2018 format DWG to 2013.
