Mac Froze. Hard Restart. Run the drawing recovery. Try to open the files via drawing recovery. No Files open. Close drawing recovery. try to open files from Finder. can open the file but Read Only. "File is in use by: ME" . File is not in use by Me. Try to show all open windows, Not there. No files minimized. no files on other desktops. not running parallels. The open file cannot be found anywhere. Didn't try to update to Mojave.

Hi Zak,
>>>>Didn't try to update to Mojave.
Don't update to Mojave as 2013 version will not run at all! It is not supported on Mojave.
Your drawing file was marked as "Read only" because of AutoCAD's crash.
Find it in Finder and use "Get info" from context menu and very if the file is locked (read only). If it is not locked, then you may try to duplicate it in Finder (context menu -> Duplicate) and open this copy.
Or you can open file as "read only" and then use SAVEAS command to save it under another name. Once it will be saved, you will be able under new name to edit it.
