Right-Click, Modifier Keys, Certain Commands will not work

Autocad 2013 for Mac

First, I get back from vacation and I find that my Autocad reset somehow so I had to re-customize my palettes and options.

Then I realize that my COMMAND key doesn't work (only in autocad) so I can't undo, copy, paste, quick save, etc.

The escape, tab, delete, etc. keys still work but the COMMAND, OPT, CTRL keys do not.

I can hold shift to orbit into 3d space so I dont think I got downgraded to LT somehow.

The right-click menu also will not work (only in autocad) (in autocad it is set so the ENTER function for right-click is disabled).

I try to edit my aliases and also my styles but those commands do not work even though they appear in the suggested command form.

And lastly, the dropdown menus "File, Edit, View, ...etc." do not appear at the top of my screen. It's just "Autocad 2013" up there with no other menus.

I've restarted my autocad and mac several times now and have had no success.

This seems like a tough one so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Zak,

Please specify macOS version installed on your Mac. The last macOS version on which you can use AutoCAD 2013 for Mac is Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10)

You may try:
1/ Reset AutoCAD - at the command prompt type OPTIONS and hit Return
In the "Application preferences" window go to Application tab, then on the right side pick on "Reset Application Options..." button.
If this won't help, then:
2/ Try Clean Uninstall:

then, install AutoCAD again using installer from here:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-2013...

Keep in mind that in both cases you will loose all your customizations.
