I have AutoCAD 2019 for Mac but I can't find with the search bar RENDER. Do you know how can I access to this command ?

There is no render option in the MacOS variant anymore: Windows only.

Hi,
Rendering feature is not available in AutoCAD for Mac since 2017 version.
You can use Autodesk online rendering:
https://gallery.autodesk.com/A360 rendering
It is included to AutoCAD for Mac subscription.
