Go to Model and select with crossing window selection method (not just pick) one of the elements you added, for example - 4000 dimension on the top of the area you showed on screenshot.
What do you see in the Properties Inspector - the topmost dropdown list, where AutoCAD shows type and quantity of selected objects. Are there two (2) or one dimension object?
