Hi Eric,

Do you use "Annotative" property in attribute definition(s)?
If yes, then check current annotative scale at the moment when attributes are not visible.
Or maybe you marked attribute definition(s) as Invisible (look at Misc section of attribute definition inside Block Editor).
You can also attach drawing with one of your problem blocks here, I'll look at it.
