Yes I only use standard Autocad colours which is part of the reason I have colours that are re used across layers, not because I use all the colours but because I tend to pick three greens and stick to them and two reds ect. I had to reset the program and now using the plot over ride is working for some blocks and xrefs but not others, in one instance it's working for the block when it's on the main drawing but not when it's in the xref despite everything else in the xref taking the override.

I'm gonna go back through all the elements and see whats up as some blocks could not be responding because of fault on my end.
