Autocad 2019 LT for Mac - saving customisation

Upon Exit message “Cannot save customization” even when customization is not done

Command – “Tools” “Customize” Interface” – freezes the program

Hi Susantha,

Looks like AutoCAD cannot write information to its support folder inside Home Library folder on your Mac.
You may try to reset AutoCAD (menu AutoCAD -> Reset AutoCAD)
Or even clean reinstall:

Hi

Can you elaborate how you solved the problem as I am unable to save a template so I don't need to reset all the parameters every time
