Hi Jhanvi,
I think the lines in your drawing are not on the same construction plane, plus, view direction is not perpendicular to XY plane of current UCS.
So try to use PLAN command to set view direction perpendicular to XY plane of current UCS:

Then use FLATTEN command (hope you are using 2019 AutoCAD version) to flatten all objects in your drawing:
