How do you want us to help you? 2012 version is not supported for a long time now. If you have compatible Mac OS and you want to install AutoCAD 2012 for Mac on it you should use serial number you got when you purchase it.

If you downloaded 2012 version from your student account, then you should be able to find serial number in the same place (on your student account management page).
