The drawing file could not be opened because it was created with a more recent

When I save my drawing on a non-mac I cannot open it when I am using my Mac Desktop at home.

Can you please help convert my drawing(again). I have downloaded the student version for Mac and the 2017 and 2019 trials and it will STILL not open. I tried downloading the TruView as well and it will not open!

I will attach the drawing below.

Hi Erin,

I was able to open your drawing in AC 2019 for Mac.

Saved it in 2013 DWG format (see attachment)

About 2019 version:
If you have valid student license, I believe you should be able to activate 2019 version with the same serial number as you used for 2017 version.
You can check your license and serial numbers on your Autodesk account page:
https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/
