Do you see "Crash report" window after you select "Open" button?

What if you uncheck "Display at startup" option in Welcome screen:

and pick on "Cancel" button?

Then quit AutoCAD (if it will not quit itself) and try to launch it again - you will not see Welcome screen at this time, but new empty drawing should open. Does it work?
