Not a MAC users and trying to assist someone and yes this should be an Installation and Licensing forum posting.. However when you support that forum (I&L) its kind of hard to answer your own question..

We walked through the file/folder deletion steps as indicated in the article. When they start up AutoCAD, they select serial # and etc and guess what the message appears again. What am I missing? Thoughts?
