AutoCAD keeps crashing
Hi,
I have been using auto cad for the past couple years and have had no problems until a few months ago. this started happening with the 2014 version for mac, so I have updated it to the 2018 but the problem persists. Every time I try to open and make any changes (copy, move, delete...) to a drawing my cad simply crashes and stops working, to the point where I have to force quit the program. This only happens with specific drawings, I have tried everything, from uninstalling and reinstalling the program, to purge, audit and recover, but nothing seems to work. If anyone could help me that would be great.
system specs: macOS Mojave version 10.14
Thanks
Rebeca

>>>...This only happens with specific drawings...<<<
Fix those drawings, starting with the XREFs if any and work up to the top file https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCA...
and make sure you are NOT saving them to an older DWG file format than your default 2013dwg file format.
