Here are the steps I used:

At first I had to "extract" cross-sections and guides from your surfaces as I didn't have the original objects at hand. I used EXPLODE command two times until I got lines (parts of rectangle and triangle), circle - for cross sections parts and splines for guides.

Then I copied from exploded "heap" only objects I needed - one circle, three lines for triangle, four lines for bottom rectangle and five splines for guides. I need 5 splines, because one of the guides was divided into two parts for some reason.

Then I used PEDIT command to create closed lines from 3 lines (triangle) and from 4 lines (rectangle), then I used SPLINEDIT to join one of the guides.

The last step - creation of 3D Solid with LOFT command: I selected 3 cross sections and used Guides option to select 4 splines I prepared for guides.
