Hey @Anonymous ,
Are you using index or true colour for your layers?
Monochrome only works with index colors, since the file extension is .ctb

As you are using a Named Plot Style Template (that uses STBs) you need to ensure your Layer settings are set to an appropriate plot style type such as SOLID ,or if overridden via properties.
When using STB's I tend to use a customised copy of the Autodesk-Mono STB file.
If instead you prefer to use the more traditional CTB method of plotting, then use the CONVERTPSTYLES Command

Hi,
Check if the viewport is 2D Wireframe and not conceptual or realistic.

Hi Ron,
As you are using Named Plot Style (STB) you need to adjust Plot Style table settings for Layers and objects in your drawing.
Here is one of the ways.
Start with Model Layout and edit current Page Setup:
Select Monochrome.stb plot style table and answer "Yes" to assign it to all Layouts (if AutoCAD will ask you)
Then select all objects in Model and check in Properties palette that Plot Style is set "By Layer"
Then ensure that Plot Style column is visible in Layers palette:
Select all Layers in the Layers palette and switch Plot Style to "Style 1"
Now switch to Layout and select all objects in the Layout - check in Properties palette that Plot Style is set "ByLayer" by selecting everything in the Layout and looking at the Properties palette.
Now try to Print (Preview).
You can also attach your drawing here, I can look at it.

Now my plotter is only applying color on new objects I place in the drawing. Any ideas?
