Did you download using the Install Now method? If you did, please uninstall & reinstall using a different method like the Download Now or Browser Download. 

 

Here are the steps to take: 

  1. Conduct a Clean Uninstall 
  2. Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background 
  3. Log in as Administrator (verify you have read & write privileges) 
  4. Make sure you have an uninterrupted & high-speed connection to the internet
  5. Temporarily disable security settings on a Mac

  6. Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account or via the AVA | Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts)
  7. When installing AutoCAD, click the program's install/configure options and enable the checkbox for Express Tools
