Did you download using the Install Now method? If you did, please uninstall & reinstall using a different method like the Download Now or Browser Download.
Here are the steps to take:
- Conduct a Clean Uninstall
- Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background
- Log in as Administrator (verify you have read & write privileges)
- Make sure you have an uninterrupted & high-speed connection to the internet

Temporarily disable security settings on a Mac
- Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account or via the AVA | Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts)
- When installing AutoCAD, click the program's install/configure options and enable the checkbox for Express Tools

There is no Ribbon in AutoCAD for Mac.
You can find all Express Tools available in AutoCAD for Mac in menu Tools->Express Tools:
They are ready for use without additional installation options.
Note, that not all Express tools from PC version of AutoCAD available on Mac.
