Autocad 2019 wont open

I recently installed Autocad 2019 in my iMac but I never got to use it, when I click to start a new file it just takes a time frozen and then just close without any message or even error.

I've already done a clean uninstallation and installed all again, but it was not solved.

Someone could give me a little help?

(OS is Mojave)

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi Ana,

Have you passed AutoCAD activation?
Where do you "click to start new file"?
In Welcome screen?
If yes, what if you disable "Show on startup" option in Welcome screen, quit AutoCAD and relaunch it again?

Hi Maxim, thanks for the reply.

Yes, it passed the activation, the problem was in the Welcome screen after clicking to start a new file. I did as you said and now it just takes a while trying to start and just close without open any screen at all

There is anything else I could to try?

Do you think it may solve if I try to install another version?

Many thanks
