DWG WITH TITLE BLOCK TO PDF
when moving to save to a PDF or printing a drawing, the drawing in the title block is way smaller than the template. rescaling causes the drawing to vanish.
any suggestions?
also the drawing comes out very very blurry when printing. like a blob

In the first screenshot, you selected a papersize that is a lot larger than your titleblock. Try all the other paper sizes.
OR your titleblock is way too small and need a fix.
Hard to tell from a picture and you did not provide any plot parameters/details.
Thick lines may be because you have the wrong line weight settings for what you are plotting: again, your settings are a secret so we have no idea what you have preselected.

Hi Dione,
Do you use "Scale lineweights" option in your Page setup?
And yes, as Dean suggested, check paper size once again in Page Setup.
