Hi Irene,

Do you see this issue in the drawing itself or when you print (plot) it to hardcopy (PDF)?

Please provide additional information:
- macOS version
- AutoCAD for Mac version
- exact information about Helvetica and Helvetica Condensed fonts (could be screenshots from Font Book application) installed on your Mac.

And - can you share your problem drawing here on the Forum?
