Hello to everyone,
I'm having an issue with Autocad when printing the drawing.
I use Helvetica and Helvetica Condensed and when the file is ready, some parts of the texts are missing/not legible, but it's the same font!
Am I missing something? Please help!

Ps: I let you see what is happening in this screenshot, the dots are mean to be the same fonts, both fonts are failing and working at the same time.

Thank you for caring, I see the problem when I plot the drawing. While I am working on AutoCad it appears without problems.
My Mac Version is: Mojave 10.14.2
Autocad 2017
And the screenshot with the font info (The Helvetica Neue has the two typefaces I'm using: Condensed and Bold)
I attach the drawing too, the problem is on the layouts (the names are: A10 - Situación y Emplazamiento and Para bocetar), on the title block I'm trying to make.
The font you are using in that text strings is "Helvetica Neue LT Std 77 Bold Condensed":
But not one of the Helvetica Neue fonts from standard macOS installation.
Looks like AutoCAD have problems with this non-standard font.
I tried to save to PDF using Batch publish with "AutoCAD to PDF" preset and got the same result as you in AutoCAD 2017.
When I use Preview from Print window with one of printing devices installed on my Mac I get:
text is correct, but it is not bold condensed.
So you need bold condensed font, you have to find some other font, which is compatible with AutoCAD for Mac, or use Helvetica Neue font with 0.82 width factor to mimic condensed font (see attachment)

I will try to redesign the title block with another fonts, but I don't get why sometimes fails the bold one or the bold condensed, when it's always the same font (although it is not a standard font) because on the layout I see as I wanted to be printed on the pdf (it's look a bit strange, but when I zoom in the fonts looks fine, and the ones that recognize the pdf, looks fine too):
Do you recommend me to upgrade my Autocad to solve this?

That is because of the nature of the font you are trying to use. I believe it is Postscript font (not true TTF), which even is not supported in Windows version of AutoCAD, but still supported on Mac platform.
I'd suggest you to avoid to use such kind of fonts.
You can find out the type of TTF (OTF) font with Font Book app. Here is an example of Postscript kind font:

I'd recommend you to upgrade AutoCAD anyway:
- latest AutoCAD version have new features, which are not available in 2017 version.
- latest AutoCAD version have less bugs
- and it will be compatible with future macOS releases (up to three years), while 2017 version will not be supported in next macOS version will be released in the fall of 2019
