Mtext columns

Im using Autocad R2018 for Mac

In the Mtext command I cannot find how you achieves columns of text. In the window version it has an option to create columns of text.
can the Toolsets divisions (e.g Draw, Modify etc) have more than 4 large icons. When customising, say for example Draw, a max of 4 large icons are available.

You can control Mtext columns from the context menu or in the Properties Palette, when you are in Mtext Editor:

No they can't.
