Change hatch boundaries

I change the wall after inserting the hatch and now i dont know how to change the hatch for new wall sizes.

You could simply create a new hatch.
Or you could grip-edit the old hatch if it's the correct type of hatch.

I suspect pictures of what your problem is or an actual DWG would go a long way to helping you better.
