I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD for Mac forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
I suggest uninstalling your AutoCAD LT and then performing a new install. Which version are you installing and on which OS?
Downloads for AutoCAD LT for Mac 2018.2 from AKN appear to not be working right now but you can download and install from your Account page or even from a Trial. You will then see a prompt in-product to apply an update which you should also do to get things stable.
