Hi Ana,
If you already updated AutoCAD to the latest 2018.2 version:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-for-...
and still have troubles with printing, please check updates for printer (plotter) software you are using for your printing device (I guess you use real printing device).
