Hi Yang,

AutoCAD for Mac 2016 cannot be installed on APFS file system (macOS High Sierra).
AutoCAD for Mac 2017.2:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-for-...

and AutoCAD for Mac 2018 are compatible withy new Apple file system (APFS), you need to install one of them.
