Problem on AutoCad 17 and 18 for Macs: computer not highlighting polylines
Computer is not highlighting poly-lines selected when using the Area command to add lots of areas together. This is very difficult because we cannot see which areas have already been selected, so risk repeating areas already calculated. As a result, rather than being able to calculate all areas at once, we have to add to each area together manually, which is very time-consuming on large schemes with lots of different zones and areas to be calculated.

Hi Anastasiya,
It is knowing bug in AutoCAD for Mac - green (red) color fill disappears when using Add (Subtract) -> Object options in AREA command and in MEASUREGEOM commands. The bug affects not only polylines, but all type of objects for which AutoCAD can calculate area.

Hi @Anonymous,
I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD for Mac forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
As @maxim_k indicated, this is a known issue that has been present for some time. I am not sure there is a work around at present but I will try to bring the team's attention to this problem again.
