Thanks for the font. I will play with this today to see if I can find any way to improve the workflow. Maxim let me know that he had already tested this issue a couple months ago and that the team thought that it had been resolved.
Apparently, if you do not change file format versions then the attributes position should round-trip between platforms without issue. I would like to explore the possibility of using an exporttoautocad to save to a different version in lieu of a default save to an older version.
Otherwise, the obvious but perhaps solution is to get the AutoCAD for Mac user to use version 2018 so that the file does not have to be saved down to the older version.
[EDIT] I will need to try this late this afternoon. I had an accident on my bike commute last Monday so I only carried one computer into the office today but I will test on the Mac when I get home. Thanks for your patience.
