AutoCAD for MAC “application not responding” and can’t sign in

Are any other MAC users having issues with their AutoCAD LT for Mac? I have a brand new Mac laptop and every month or so AutoCAD freezes and won't let me sign in or open the program. I've worked with multiple Autodesk technicians, who usually get it to work but the problem keeps persisting (usually after a new Mac update...)

I’ve tried:
-uninstalling/ reinstalling AutoCAD
-rebooting in safe mode
-run permission repair on disk utility
-resetting the subscription license for MacOS

Usually after a couple days I’ll get an Autodesk technician who can fix the issue, but it keeps returning about a month later and freezing again.
