Hi I'm having a scaling discrepancy on viewports. I have set up a standard scales in the editor at a range of standard metric scales (1:50, 1:100, 1:1250 etc). The problem is in the actual viewport, 1:50 on an A4 boarderless page, makes the objects look more like they are at 1:10000, for instance. 

I don't have this problem in any other file, therefore there is a setting somewhere that I don't understand. I'd be grateful for some help.
