AutoCAD for Mac Dialogue Windows not Displaying Correctly in OSX High Sierra

Since installing High Sierra I have been having an issue with all my AutoCAD dialogue windows (I think this is what they are called). I refer to the windows that interface with Mac/Finder when you "open" or "save as" outside AutoCAD.

Previously these windows gave me a wide field to see the interface but since I have been on High Sierra this window has slimmed right down to a narrow strip where only 3-4 items are visible. I can drag the window to increase it's size but it does not increase the area which displays the files (only the grey area beneath it).

It applies to just about every interface that AutoCAD has with the OS. I have attached some examples to illustrate what i am referring to.

I was sort of hoping that it would just go away but it hasn't and its starting to become frustrating.

Has anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it?
