After upgrading to the latest patch, I attempted to fill-in a simple rectangle with hatch and it took 90 seconds to generate the hatch. Then, after the hatch was generated, I tried to close out the hatch function and accept and I received the spinning wheel until I eventually gave up and had to force quit. 

I had no issues before the patch.
