Hi Pendean (again)

Another question in correlation with the one before. 

I have re-set my annotation scale to 1:50. However now this means I can only see my annotation when my viewport is at 1:50. 

Is there a way that I can set it so that no matter what I make my viewport scale, the annotation is the same size?? I thought that was what annotative text was.
