Please can someone take a look at my drawing. 

Im trying to use annotative text for the first time so that I don't have to always resize my text depending on the scale Im using in the viewport. Ive read so many forum posts about people have problems like this but none have answer my problem. 

If i set my text style to 5mm, it appears at the correct size in paper space but disappears in model space. 

If i set my text style to 200mm, its appears the correct size in model space but huge in paper space. 

Many people have mentioned when you write the text, you have to change the scale in model space to match the scale that youll be using in paper space (the scale stated on the toolbar at bottom right) but i dont understand this. 

I already have all my text written out so it would be a case of changing settings not writting new text.

Im using AutoCAD for Mac 2015 on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6.
