Hi Sven,
Yes, it is a good idea to put custom SHX files, created on Windows side with Make Linetype tool, to one of the folder on Support Files Search Path. Are you sure you put correct SHX file(s)?
What about linetype definition file with custom linetypes (LIN)? Did you migrate it too?
