Hi Audrey,

Please verify that you have the following paths specified in AutoCAD Preferences:

The difference should be only in AutoCAD application name. I have full AutoCAD version,but you have AutoCAD LT, so in your case there should be "AutoCAD LT 2018" instead of "AutoCAD 2018" (in my case).
