You need to install this update :

In order to be able to use AutoCAD 2017 on High Sierra.

Or reinstall AutoCAD with this installer :

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-for-...

If you already installed Update I mentioned, then you can try to Reset AutoCAD at first: hold Shift key on the keyboard while launching AutoCAD from the Dock.
