AutoCad LT for Mac won't allow me to add custom paper sizes

Hi,

I recently purchased a one year Autodesk subscription and downloaded Autocad LT for Mac. When I ask AutoCad to plot, the 'Print' window pops up. When I try to select a paper size from the drop down menu, there are no architectural page sizes available. The 'Manage Custom Sizes" option is greyed out and not available. In the "Print" window, I tried clicking instead on "Edit Page Setup" link to create a new paper size. However, when I go back to the "Print' menu this new paper size is greyed out and not available (the same as "manage custom sizes").

I have tried re-setting to default AutoCad settings, I've tried deleting and re-creating pages, I've tried uploaded a paper size from AutoCad's library and adjusting it. No matter what I try, there seems to be a disconnect between the advanced page settings and the 'print' window where I need to ultimately plot from. No matter what I add or create the Paper Size drop down menu doesn't allow me to access the new paper size. See photos for reference.

Additionally, I am unable to call or email customer support because when I sign it, my profiles indicates I am not a subscriber for some reason.

Please help.
