There are a lot of video tutorials related to AutoCAD 2017 for Mac.
A good example of book on AutoCAD for Mac is:

A lot of new features were added since that time, plus the User Interface was significantly redesigned in the 2017 version. On the other hand AutoCAD basics are still basics...
Well, I know only one book which shows AutoCAD 2017 for Mac User Interface and some (I beleive) new features. It is a bit specific and covers AutoCAD 2018 for Windows along with AutoCAD 2017 for Mac:
